2.) How do I go Shopping?
Shopping is easy, simply click on a category, or do a search for the item you want, click on
it and add it to your cart, the website keeps track of what is in your cart automatically. |
3.) How do I pay for my purchase?
There are several options available for paying, the easiest method is to pay online by major
credit card. Since we understand everyone doesn't have a credit card we also accept Money Orders.
Also for people familiar with online auction payments, we can accept PayPal.
It is very much appreciated that you send an e-mail to us if you decide to use the Money Order or
PayPal methods of payment so we can begin your order process immediately.

Absolutely, we have a Thawte SSL layer for our website. No Credit Card information is stored on our site

7.) What if I can't seem to find an Item I'm looking for?
Keep checking back! We are constantly adding new merchandise to the store every week.

merchandise from different companies we will add them to our website as well. |
8.) I was placing my information into your order form and made a mistake. Now What?
The programming of the website is engineered to pick up some mistakes like a mismatched zipcode
or missing information if you forgot to add it. However if you hit the back button on your browser
by mistake or something else then you may have to redo your order. We know it's a pain but it is
primarily for security and consistency. In some cases you may be able to hit the "F5" or "refresh"
button to retrieve your information and continue. |
9.) The website returned an error during ordering/placing an order?
If the error looks like a "data right truncated" type then it is due to some peice of information
being larger that the form field you put it in. This tends to occur most frequently in the Phone number
field when trying to place a full number with extension. All errors should be immediately reported
to support@dungeontrader.com for fastest response time in addressing your issue.
We appreciate your error reporting as we can quickly improve the functionality of our site with customer input.

12.) Do you guys ship to APO/FPO's?
Absolutely, we love our armed forces and appreciate the fact they are out there protecting our country.
Just fill in your address as usual with all relevant info and we'll get your product to you.

14.) What if I need to order more that what you have in stock?
Our system was designed to allow you to fill in the desired amount of product you wish to order. Our inventory system
tells you what we have exactly in stock at any given time. If you need 1 or 1000 or more of an item, you may place that amount
in the form for ordering, what we don't have in ready stock we will place on special order and hopefully be received with our weekly reorders.
If our distributor is unable to supply the amount specified you will receive a refund.
